Super, super cute!

Evening blogland,

Here I am with my nearly end of the month DT inspiration card for the All Dressed Up Facebook Group.  Only the three rules - you have to belong to the group, use an ADU image and follow the theme, with the theme being this month (February) 'Cuteness overload'. This is the card I made.

Supplies used:

Digital stamp:

All Dressed Up - Some bunny loves me
coloured with my Copics

Dies:
un-branded stitched rectangle
Pretty Pink Posh - Eyelet Borders

Patterned Paper:
Dovecraft - Sugar and Spice

If you don't 'do' Facebook, don't worry as there's always the Blog and they have challenges too.

And I believe that's it again folks!

Other than to say that I'm not deliberately neglecting the blog - it's that I've gone back to work (only part-time!) and have been since the end of last year and I'm finding it hard to fit everything in.  Unfortunately that means it's my crafting that gives mostly. It's going to get worse from now on as well as I've just been asked to increase my hours due to how busy the office is.

Hopefully see you again soon!

Dies anyone?

 Good morning blogland,

It's time again for a new challenge at Passion for Markers challenge and this week the theme is 'Dies and/or Punches'.  Our wonderful sponsor is Dr Digi's House of Stamps with a lovely prize on offer of two digis.

The DT were lucky enough to be allowed a digi, or two, to use and this is my card with the digi I chose:

Supplies used:

Digital stamp:
Dr  Digi's House of Stamps - Bob's Balloons
coloured with my Copics

The sentiment I created myself in Publisher

Dies:
Un-branded stitched rectangle
My Favorite Things - Fishtail Foundations (for the banner)
Whimsy Stamps: Balloon Cluster

Anything else:
Random piece of designer paper
Paper dots

That's about it really, if you get a chance pop on over to the challenge and put in an entry - you might even end up with me meandering over and saying 'hi' on you blog!  Poor you!!

See you soon,
Sarah

Do you knit?

Good afternoon blogland,

Here I am with my New Release inspiration card for All Dressed Up Digital Stamps.  Yesterday was my turn, as part of the Facebook girls, to show off the first part of February's new digi stamps release yesterday and what a lovely lot of inspiration it was!

If you'd like to see all the Facebooks girls cards just pop on over to the Group, get yourself joined up, and take a gander - I know you won't be disappointed.  Alternatively, if you're not a Facebook type of person, there is always the blog to take a look at which also has some great inspiration for these digis (and many others!).

In the meantime - here's my card:

Supplies used:

Digital stamp:
All Dressed Up - Love to Knit
coloured with my Copics

Rubber stamp:
Taylored Expressions - simple strips: Friendship

Dies:
Taylored Expression - well rounded
Spellbinders - Grand Nestabilities: Grand Big Scalloped Circles
Creative Craft Products - Nestables: stitched and plain circle dies

Paper:
BoBunny - Smoochable

Anything else:
flat backed pearls
small pearl hearts

And that's about it folks, hope everyone is doing well and the current snow snap we're having in the UK is only causing fun not chaos (it's falling as rain here in wet and damp Lincolnshire!) and see you soon,

Sarah

Challenge/s:

As You Like It Challenge: Digi or Physical stamps (and why).  Oooh, difficult one - but I think digi pips real rubber at the post.  I love them both, but the versatility of digi just takes the edge for me - being able to re-size, flip, rotate and crop - it opens up a whole new world!

Creative Inspirations Challenge: February challenge - For Someone You Love / A Special Friend

The Paper Shelter: Challenge #582 - Hearts

Digi Choosday Challenge: Wk 5 - Anything Goes

More Hearts!

Good morning blogland,

Here I am again and with more hearts and red! This time I'm sharing a card for the new challenge at Passion for Markers where the theme this week is 'Use red and/or hearts'. We are sponsored by Dies to Die For with a great prize of a £15.00 voucher for the lucky winner.

For my card I turned to one of my favourite designers - Mo Manning - and dug out this sneaky heart thief image that I had brought years ago and never used. I do love Mo's images, they are such fun to colour!

Supplies Used:

Digital stamp:
Mo's Digital Pencil - Stole my Heart
coloured with my Copics
I made the sentiment myself in Publisher

Dies:
Pretty Pink Posh - Scallop Borders 1

Patterned Papers:
echo park - Be Mine

Anything else:
flat backed pearls

So I hope to see lots of red and hearts on all your entries - quite appropriate with Valentines coming up!

See you soon,
Sarah

Challenge/s:

Cupcake Inspirations: #587 - red/pink/white

Dream Valley Challenges: #309 - Add a Sentiment

Aud Sentiments Challenges: #310 - use dies and/or Love/Wedding/Anniversary + a sentiment

The Paper Players: PP675 - 'Love'

All Hearts!

 And I'm back again!

This time I'm here with a card for the February challenge at Crafty Calendar Challenge, for this challenge we are sponsored by the wonderful Sheep Ski Designs, who is giving us a great prize for the lucky winner. The Design Team were also allowed a free choice of image to use for our makes.

The theme this month is 'Add a heart', so we need to see a heart somewhere on your entry - which doesn't need to be a card, it can be anything you've made, just make sure there's a heart there somewhere!

This is my card:

Supplies used:

Digital stamp:
SheepSki Designs - Bob
coloured with my Copics
(I made the sentiment myself in Publisher)

Dies:
un-branded stitched rectangle die set

Stencil:
Pretty Pink Posh - Layered Heart Stencil

Anything else:
Distress Inks
Woodgrain card
Copic Fineliner (for the doodling)

I look forward to seeing all your heart entries in our Challenge this month!

See you soon,

Sarah

Challenge/s:

Crafty Catz: #664 - Anything Goes (optional twist - make me smile)

Moving Along with the Times: Challenge 163 - Love Hearts

I Spy With My Little Eye: Challenge No.11 - Hearts and/or Roses

Try it on Tuesday: Add Some Text - I'm not sure if this is the sort of text you were looking for (it's not just a greeting but it's a poem or saying either so no problems if my entry doesn't fit with your theme :-) )

Valentines

Good morning blogland

It's time for a new challenge from Sweet Stampin' and this fortnight we'd like to see all your Valentines makes.  Obviously, as always, we need to see some stamped element in your project but it doesn't need to be a card.

I'm still experimenting with the American sized cards and old un-used stamps - so this is my make for this fortnight:

Supplies used:

Stamps:
Whimsy Stamps - Keeper of Hearts
coloured with my Copics

Dies:
Creative Craft Products - A2 card blank
My Favorite Things - Stitched Rectangle Set and Fishtail Foundations
Pretty Pink Posh - Love you script

This is not the last time you'll see me today - so come back in an hour or so for another card.

Hope you find some time to pop over to the challenge and join in with us!

Sarah

Challenge/s:

As You See It: Challenge #316 - My latest craft purchase - is the A2 card blank die set from Creative Craft Products.  I'm experimenting with smaller sized cards for my older smaller rubber stamps.

CAS on Sunday: Challenge #276 - Valentine

Tic Tac Toe Challenge: TTTC #240 - I used middle column - Kraft / Die-cut / Markers (or pencils)
